COX Aviation ltd is a Ugandan-based private charter flight company that acts as an intermediary and as such arranges carriage by simply chartering aircraft from third-party aircraft operators acting as agent in the name and on behalf of its clients. COX Aviation ltd does NOT own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by Part 135 Operators or International equivalent that meet the standards of FAA and UCAA.

There is no contract of carriage between COX Aviation ltd and its customers or the passengers and COX Aviation Ltd is not liable for damage sustained by them during or in connection with carriage by air. In such event, the customers or the passengers only have recourse against the aircraft operators.
